These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) set the rules for creators using Uplift Network Limited’s services. By joining or participating in the network, you agree to all terms outlined below.


1. Who We Are

Uplift Network Limited is a UK-based creator support agency that helps TikTok LIVE streamers grow through training, tools, and community.

2. Eligibility

  • All creators must be 18 years or older to join the Uplift Network.

  • By joining, you confirm you are over the age of 18.

  • If found to be under 18 at any time, you will be removed immediately, and no incentive payments will be issued.

  • We do not allow under-18s in any part of the network.


3. Independent Entity

Uplift Network is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries.
We operate independently and provide support based on publicly available features and TikTok’s LIVE ecosystem.


4. Creator Responsibility

By joining Uplift Network, you agree to:

  • Follow TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and LIVE policies

  • Stream responsibly and legally

  • Manage your own content, taxes, and legal compliance

  • Notify your manager if any issues arise affecting your account

We offer support, but ultimate responsibility lies with the creator.


5. Incentives

  • Uplift may offer incentives based on performance, including diamonds earned, go-live days, and hours streamed.

  • Incentives are not guaranteed, not contractual, and not a legal right.

  • Uplift Network reserves the right to withhold or withdraw incentives at its sole discretion, especially in cases of:
    → LIVE bans (especially high-severity)
    → Breach of platform or agency rules
    → Non-compliance with target requirements

Creators are not entitled to remuneration unless explicitly stated in writing.


6. Tier System

Creators are placed into one of three tiers:

  • Tier 1 – Light Touch: Flexible support, no targets, in-app incentives only

  • Tier 2 – Mid-Level: Manager support, monthly targets, in-app incentives

  • Tier 3 – Full Support: Full access to incentives, training, and community

Tiers can be adjusted based on performance, consistency, and collaboration with your manager.


7. Termination

  • Uplift Network Limited reserves the right to terminate a creator’s involvement at any time, for any reason, including (but not limited to) inactivity, misconduct, breach of TikTok or agency policies, or platform bans.

  • If a creator is terminated, any unpaid incentives are forfeited at our discretion.

  • High-severity LIVE bans or permanent suspensions will result in immediate removal with no remuneration.

Creator-Initiated Termination:

  • Creators may choose to leave the Uplift Network at any time by notifying their manager or contacting management@uplift-network.com.

  • There is no cooling-off period. Once a request to leave is received, the creator will be removed from the network, and all access and support will end immediately.


8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Follower growth

  • Income

  • Rankings

  • Campaign placements

Results depend on your consistency, effort, and platform performance.


9. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All materials (training, strategies, branding, internal tools) remain the property of Uplift Network Limited.

  • Do not share, copy, or redistribute any Uplift resources without written permission.

  • Internal communications (e.g. BAND chats, training) are confidential and must not be leaked or used externally.


10. Information Disclaimer

All advice, training, and documentation is for educational use only.
It should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.


11. Limitation of Liability

Uplift Network is not liable for:

  • TikTok platform issues, account suspensions, bans, or algorithm changes

  • Lost income, expected rewards, or external disputes

  • Any third-party platform risks or service interruptions


12. Privacy

We collect and store:

  • Contact details

  • TikTok profile info

  • Bank details (for incentive payments)

  • Home addresses (when needed for verification)

All personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.


13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued use implies acceptance.
