Matt is a family man, gamer, and mental health advocate—and the heart behind Uplift Network. With years of experience as a creator himself, Matt knows firsthand the challenges that come with balancing live content, real life, and personal wellbeing.
He founded Uplift to provide something different: a space where creators are supported from day one, where growth doesn’t mean isolation or burnout, and where real mentorship replaces guesswork.
From leading regular mental health chats to working directly with streamers, Matt is deeply involved in every part of Uplift’s mission and community.
A Note on Our Roots
Uplift Network was originally co-founded by Matt and Adam —two creators united by a shared passion for supporting others on TikTok LIVE.
Adam has since stepped away to pursue his own independent venture, which we fully support. His contributions during Uplift’s early journey played a big role in shaping the community we are today, and we remain grateful for that chapter.

Our management team is the backbone of the network—each one bringing their own skills, lived experience, and passion to help creators succeed.
Jade – Oversees onboarding and admin, making sure new creators feel welcome, informed, and supported from day one. She’s your go-to for getting started and staying organised.
Kerry – Plays a key role in onboarding and admin, helping creators settle in and feel confident in their early days. With a calm and consistent presence, Kerry ensures you’re never left wondering what to do next.
Jasmine – A top-performing creator who shares her knowledge and experience to help others grow. Jasmine offers practical tips, energy, and positivity to creators ready to level up.
Sasha – Dedicated to helping creators stay consistent and confident, Sasha offers honest advice, strong encouragement, and a deep understanding of the creator journey.
Dale – A gaming-focused creator who brings a balanced, thoughtful approach. Dale is always happy to share insights and support creators with a calm, no-nonsense style.
Plick – The go-to guy for technical help and creative advice. From stream layout to campaign ideas, Plick supports creators with hands-on solutions and mentoring that makes a difference.
